Tarot Card: The Empress

My final for Fantasy Art.
I got to do The Empress, and yes, she's pregnant. I had a lot of fun with her and I used inspiration from this piece for one of my other finals as well. Unfortunately I haven't gotten my hands on a camera to take some pictures but I'm going to try to once I get home.

Hair and Make-Up Demo

Last night in Lifestyle class we did a hair and make-up demo using different ambiguous themes.

Crochet Blanket

Finally! Some fibers work on here. I need to get my camera working so I can post more things like this.

Eleni and I crocheted this blanket for Colin's birthday (which was last month) and I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. My life feels empty without it now, I think I may start a new one soon with different colors.

Accessories

For Lifestyle class we had to incorporate an illustration into a picture of an accessory. I used jewelry by designer Dori Csengeri who does beautiful work. My pieces are both done completely in Illustrator.

Avatar redesigned

For my Fantasy Art class we had to redesign a famous Sci-Fi movie and I chose Avatar. I loved Avatar just like everyone else but I was curious to see what it would've looked like without cat-people. Instead my design was inspired by japanese sea creatures such as the Frilled Shark. See video of Frilled Shark
